End User Licence Agreement

The following licence agreement applies to all software that we sell.

1. You can install and register the software you purchased on any number of computers, but may only run on the same number of computers simultaneously as licences you bought. E.g. If you buy two licences you may register using your code on as many computers as you like but can only run it on any two computers at the same time.

2. With your licence you gain free email tech support. However, this does not give you the right to be abusive to us.

3. Your licence is valid for all minor versions and bug fixes to the release you bought. Major versions (eg 1.x -> 2.0) will require the purchase of an upgrade licence.

4. We are not responsible for any loss of data you may experience while using our products. Remember, backup your data regularly.

5. You are entitled to a full refund up to 60 days after your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Please don't pirate our software. It hurts us and hurts duckies... you like duckies don't you?
