Bugfix Fixed a crash on launch caused by a corrupt preference

Bugfix Double clicking an item in the source list no longer adds it twice

Bugfix You no longer get lots of ticket windows appearing when you lose internet connection, only those that have been unsuccessful

Bugfix When adding a ticket fails, the details are no longer lost
